Mamas got the perfect bag!

The mountainsmith zip top tote, at a nice $27. It comes in a huge range of colors, and sizes from this xtra small to the size of your trunk. The best part is a trasparent zipper pocket on the top, so you can see your notions easily. Got the idea from ply and purl, who shares some pics on flickr.

KA interchangeable needles

I have been searching for an interchangeable knitting needle set. Unless you've been under a rock, you have heard about knitpicks options. But I really don't like so much color going on in my needles, and the storage system is lacking. So when I saw these KA BAMBOO CIRCULAR NEEDLE Set, I had high hopes. They have a nice environmental statement. My only worry is the quality of the joins.

Project Bags on the Cheap

These nylon bags from Envirosax are awesome. You can buy one for $7.95, or a whole series of 5 for $35.00 that store in a cute pouch. They come in a wide variety of fun prints, so use them for your knitting projects and/or your shopping.

Want to keep a knitting journal?

How about a handmade one, made with sugarcane and recycled text weight papers? Okay it doesn't sound cute, but it is, from the folks at five and a half. This one is called Blue Canopy.

How many great sites can there be?

I was in the middle of another post, hunting down a link, when I ran into this site, Mad Imports. "Mad Imports is a socially responsible company that sells handmade accessories from the island of Madagascar and other developing countries" Nice...Kinda like this (knitting) bag, the Isadora

Fiber Arts?

Okay so I have a tiny knitting corner in my tiny apartment but ITS ALL MINE! So my honey and I went out to ikea and got the Hannes desk and hutch...super cheap ($39 and &25) and very nice.... The hutch has nice cubbies to hold my yarn and thing....Here is the chair that I want and I hope my honey reads this, because my bday is pretty soon...

eeewwww a recycled hair chair, okay I guess I'm not as into fiber arts as I thought.

I say cutie way too often in this post

The best part of knitting other than the well... knitting is the accessories. So I'm goint to list a few of my favorites here:

First the bag: Lexie Barnes Flo, Most are sold out in this color but I'm hoping that Lexie makes more soon. They are water resistant, which in Seattle is a must and has lovely prints with tons of pockets inside. Lexie's Knitting line is so popular that there is a Flikr group dedicated to her, Lexie Barnes Fans

Next are real cuties....I'm obsessed with sheep, not in the gross Sylvia way, but I just think they are the cutest, So when i saw these....

This is a brass needle/stitch gauge made by Goose Pond Designs and available at DreamWeaver Yarns

Also over at Dreamweaver is this little cutie, a tape measure available in white or black made by Latern Moon.
